7Coxmos (“7Coxmos,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a marketing agency located at 900 Brickell Ave, Suite 900, Miami, FL 33131, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through 7coxmos.com (the “Site”) and our Services, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have.
By using the Site or our Services, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of personal information:
Identifiers & contact information: name, email address, phone number, company name, job title — provided when you contact us, book a discovery call, start a subscription, or chat with us.
Commercial information: plan selected, billing details (processed by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers), and transaction history.
Project and business information: brand assets, website credentials, advertising account access, business goals, and communications related to delivering our Services.
Chat transcripts: the contents of conversations with our AI chat assistant on the Site.
Internet and device activity: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, time spent, referring URLs, and interactions — collected automatically via cookies and similar technologies (see Section 4).
Inferences: preferences or characteristics inferred from your activity, used to improve our marketing and Services.
2. How We Collect It
Directly from you: contact and signup forms, discovery-call bookings, email, phone, chat, and client onboarding.
Automatically: cookies, pixels, and analytics tools when you browse the Site.
From clients: when a client provides customer lists or contact data for reactivation campaigns, we process that data on the client’s behalf and under the client’s instructions.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use personal information to:
Provide, operate, and improve the Site and Services;
Manage your account, subscription, billing, and support;
Communicate with you about projects, updates, and (with your consent where required) marketing via email, phone, or SMS;
Respond to inquiries and discovery-call requests;
Analyze Site usage and improve our marketing; and
Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies, pixels (including Meta and Google advertising pixels), and similar technologies to remember preferences, measure traffic, and run advertising. Advertising pixels may constitute “sharing” of information for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law; you may opt out as described in Section 9. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect Site functionality.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as follows:
Service providers: companies that process data on our behalf under contract — including web hosting, email delivery, payment processing, customer relationship management (CRM), our AI chat provider, and analytics providers. They may use the data only to provide their services to us.
Advertising platforms: Meta, Google, and similar platforms receive limited activity data via pixels for ad measurement and audience building (this may be “sharing” under California law — see Section 9).
Legal and safety: when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of our business, with notice to you.
6. SMS / Text Messaging Privacy
We collect your mobile phone number and consent records when you opt in to text messages.
We use this information to send conversational, transactional, and (where you consented) marketing text messages as described in our Terms of Service.
We do not share your mobile information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
To stop marketing texts, reply STOP to any message; for help, reply HELP or email support@7coxmos.com.
7. Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here:
Client account and project records: for the duration of the relationship plus up to 7 years for tax, accounting, and legal purposes;
Marketing contacts and consent records: until you opt out or request deletion, plus up to 5 years for consent-record compliance;
Website analytics: up to 26 months in aggregated or anonymized form thereafter;
Chat transcripts: up to 2 years.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (including encrypted connections, access controls, and limited staff access) to protect personal information. No internet transmission or storage system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live (including California under the CCPA/CPRA, and similar laws in other states), you may have the right to:
Know what personal information we collect, use, and share;
Delete personal information we hold about you (with legal exceptions);
Correct inaccurate personal information;
Opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (email us at support@7coxmos.com with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share”);
Limit the use of sensitive personal information; and
Non-discrimination — we will not penalize you for exercising these rights.
How to submit a request: email support@7coxmos.com with the subject “Privacy Request,” or use our contact form. We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and respond within 45 days (with a possible 45-day extension if needed). We will verify your identity before fulfilling requests. You may authorize an agent to act on your behalf with your signed permission. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as opt-out requests where required.
